What is Soul Healing
We are spiritual beings, experiencing human life. While experiencing human lives, we humans need a lot of essential things to survive at physical level, emotional level and mental level.
Like other living beings, a requirement of food and water is must for us to survive.
We all beings, humans, birds, creatures are surviving in this world on food and water. We humans just like other creatures are not contributing anything in growing up this body from infant to full grown up.
Most efficient technology resides within us. A mechanism, created by supreme power, which efficiently works on basic food and water. A loaf of bread, a slice of fruit can do magic in growing up this body.
Simple habits in eating makes us more healthy -a physical level survival
So let’s see emotional survival. From time to time , since birth and beyond birth also, we all are carrying emotions and developing new emotions day by day.
Few people are very joyous, where few are very negative or scareful.
Just like food hunger, we all feel emotional hunger also. After centuries of development, we humans cannot think of staying or living alone. An emotional bonding gets developed with whosoever we are living, like animal , bird or fellow beings.
Emotions itself means a strong feeling , feeling could be of sorrow, joy, anger, fear , love.
No bonding and relationship exists without emotions. We all are connected with emotions , bonding.
Thirdly comes to mental level requirements.
Our thoughts play a crucial role in developing mental health. On an average, we create 50 thoughts a minute.And believe me, maximum times these thoughts are time travellers,We either think about the past or think about the future, Never Ever stay in the present.
Our thought patterns create our reality, our future, our destiny. So We should learn how to control our thought patterns to get what we aspire of.
Controlling our thoughts is easy but we need to work on our sole pattern, we need to understand humans basic requirements for survival, We need to understand the purpose of our birth. We need to understand that the sole purpose of coming into this world is not to live luxurious Life, It is not to get into the trap of all complications, it is not to live a stressful, distress life.
We need to start living life as the way we have been sent to this world. We need to heal our soul, which hurts a lot, the moment things are not happening , the way we wished for. We need to give strength , power to our soul to stay positive and stable in every situation. We need to enrich our soul to live life joyfully. We need to work on our soul to make him understand that we are here in this world for the purpose of living peacefully and gracefully, Not for keeping us in a race of achievements and luxuries.
We all have to do this healing at Soul Level.
How to heal our soul?
We need to heal ourselves at a spiritual level. There are so many ways to heal souls told by well known spiritual personalities like Meditation, yoga, soul journey, breathing technique etc. They are result oriented also. But I feel to have an experience and get results from those ways, we need to understand my inner self first. My technology, my well being, my circuit. Nobody else can understand my circuitry better than myself. So my advice to heal your soul and strengthen your soul is to focus on your thoughts the whole day. Without my permission, my circuitry should not dare to create thought on his own.
Throughout the day, depending upon my thought patterns, my emotions and feelings keep on changing. Believe me, the moment emotions are fixed with the thought pattern, we start leading towards experiencing the same in our future.
So friends, keep watching your thought pattern throughout the day and try to minimize the count.
Second most useful way I experienced towards healing my soul, is Detachment . Detachment from the things I am owing for. Start detaching yourself from the little little things you own. Maybe your favourite car, Your favorite phone, your favourite place etc.
This is also true friends, while practicing this, sometimes, you will get success, sometimes you don’t want to do it, sometimes you experience failures. But keep doing it, gradually , you will feel change within you. You start seeing things with different visions. Do conscious practice.
